Our customer service will review the request and initiate the refund process. We will notify you once the refund is processed from our end. Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel the product you ordered by contacting us through WhatsApp or Email.

We process the request within 48 hours and u will not be charged anymore.

You are eligible for 100% refund according to the refund policy

Cancellation request before delivery: Orders can be canceled by yourself by visiting the website by logging into your account and select order from the order history. Then wait for 48 hours for your refund

Cancellation request after delivery: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please reject the shipment during the delivery. Reach out to customer support for refund.
